3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and user interface, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Bible Text

Bible translations and versions available in the App are used with permission from their respective copyright holders. Each translation may have specific terms of use that apply to that content.

Your Content

You retain ownership of personal notes, bookmarks, and other content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and synchronize this content across your devices.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

8. Disclaimers

We specifically disclaim:

• Any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Any warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

9. Limitation of Liability

• Your right to use the App will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of these third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
